Just noticed that with the handful of doubles I've started incorporating into the training, I've done 109 miles the past 7 days, so, despite feeling pretty darn good, no more doubles until at least Friday. Sometimes it's important to keep on eye on those 7-day running totals, and not just what the log says at the end of the day on Sunday. Big difference between 88 in a standard Mon-Sun calendar week, and 109 over 7 days bridging two weeks. And now you know, and knowing is half the battle. (The other half is beer.)
